Overview

The Delivery Manager will lead the execution of high-quality delivery across Agile teams, ensuring that commitments are met and team performance is continuously improving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.
• Experience leading Agile delivery in complex environments.
• Proven experience using Jira and related tools.
• Understanding of Agile delivery at scale (e.g., SAFe).
• Familiarity with quality engineering practices.
• Ability to manage release planning and post-release health.
• Excellent communication skills.
