Overview

The Delivery Manager at Nivoda is responsible for driving high-speed, high-quality delivery across the Engineering organization by bridging the gap between Product and Engineering.

• Plan and oversee successful execution of initiatives across engineering pods.
• Leverage DevOps experience to improve release pipelines and developer workflows.
• Engage with cross-functional teams for end-to-end alignment.
• Support team capacity alignment with roadmap objectives.
• Own and evolve sprint rituals and delivery tracking mechanisms.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and remove blockers.
• Define and track key delivery metrics.

• Continuously evaluate and optimize delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in delivery management or engineering operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps concepts and tooling.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical and data-savvy.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on outcomes.
