Overview

An experienced HR Manager is needed to manage end-to-end HR functions, support business growth, and ensure a positive work environment while working remotely from the Philippines.

• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• High level of written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with task/project management tools.
