HR Manager - Remote

Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving the full staff lifecycle and HR operations across the organisation, overseeing recruitment, staff relations, performance management, and more.

In Short

• Lead HR operations and the staff lifecycle (hire to exit).
• Oversee multiple employment models (EoR and regional entities).
• Deliver strategic people planning, analytics, and risk management.
• Partner with and coach managers on performance and development.
• Lead staff relations and well-being practices.
• Own and improve HR governance and policies.
• Lead and develop the HR team.
• Drive recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Own performance and capability development.
• Lead staff engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• 8+ years of HR management experience.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with multi-country employment models.
• Track record of improving HR processes and HRIS usage.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
