Overview

We are looking for an active and initiative specialist who can comprehensively manage the HR direction in the company: from recruitment and onboarding of new employees to team development, maintaining a healthy atmosphere, and organizing the internal life of the company.

In Short

  • Full cycle of closing vacancies: candidate profile formation, job posting, conducting interviews.
  • Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees, gathering and analyzing feedback.
  • Initiating and implementing HR projects (motivation, development, engagement).
  • Organizing internal surveys, analyzing results, and forming improvement plans.
  • Supporting a positive climate in the team, working with moods and requests from the team.
  • Maintaining internal HR documentation, updating spreadsheets.
  • Organizing corporate events, birthdays, celebrations, team buildings.
  • Resolving internal conflicts, interacting with department heads.

Requirements

  • Higher education (psychological or managerial - preference).
  • Experience as an HR manager or in a related position for at least 1 year.
  • Event organization skills, communication with contractors.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, ability to work with analytics and feedback.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • High level of empathy, organization, communication skills, initiative.
  • Availability of personal technical equipment for work.
