Creative Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

DG Partners is a team building a modern digital brand in the affiliate, telecom, and digital products sector. We are actively developing social media, PR direction, and partnership communications.

In Short

• Develop and evolve the visual system of DG Partners.
• Create designs for TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, and other social platforms.
• Develop static and motion creatives for Reels, TikTok, Stories, posts, and carousels.
• Work with the brand mascot: adaptations, scenes, reactions, memes, social visuals, and animations.
• Create banners, covers, visuals for PR materials, and native integrations.
• Prepare materials for events: badges, QR visuals, presentation assets, one-pagers.
• Create partnership materials: presentations, onboarding kits, PDFs, short guides.
• Develop templates for quick content production.
• Collaborate with CMO, SMM, PR, affiliate manager, and creative copywriter.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in graphic design / creative design / SMM design.
• Experience creating content for social media.
• Experience with motion design and short video formats.
• Understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts formats, and modern digital trends.
• Experience working with characters, mascots, or illustrations is a plus.
• Experience in B2B, affiliate, iGaming, fintech, telecom, or SaaS is a plus.
• Ability to quickly adapt content to trends and create meme creatives.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• For motion: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience with AI visual tools is a plus.
• A portfolio with relevant cases is mandatory.
