Project Finance Modeler - Remote

Overview

The Project Finance Modeler will join an experienced Australian team and play a key role in developing and maintaining advanced financial models used for infrastructure and project finance transactions.

In Short

• Develop, build, and maintain complex financial models for infrastructure and project finance transactions
• Support advisory engagements across corporate finance, investment banking, and structured finance deals
• Work closely with Australian-based stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial analysis and modelling outputs
• Ensure financial models are “bankable” and suitable for financing, refinancing, and investment decision-making
• Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and valuation assessments for infrastructure projects
• Support deal execution across PPPs, infrastructure assets, and large-scale financing arrangements
• Translate project documentation into structured financial models and outputs for stakeholders and clients

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in building bankable financial models
• Experience with Public-Private Partnership (PPP) structures
• Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure projects
• Ability to conduct financial analysis and modeling
