Project Manager, Finance - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager, Finance is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional finance and financial systems initiatives that support Brightspeed’s strategic and operational objectives.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance and financial systems projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Facilitate project kickoff and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage day-to-day execution of projects.
• Partner with various departments for seamless project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Finance initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Track project budgets and forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with financial and enterprise platforms.
