Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a key leadership role within the Human Resources team, overseeing day-to-day HR operations while also driving effective, compliant, and employee-centered HR practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• At least 6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management role.
• Expert knowledge of California and Federal labor laws.
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple states.
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
