Overview

We’re looking for a highly conceptual, hands-on designer to work closely with senior leadership to support our brand strategy and member experience.

In Short

• Translate leadership’s ideas into structured creative frameworks, wireframes, and motion studies.
• Develop high-level visual concepts that help teams understand abstract ideas and drive solutions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and animation studies to communicate digital experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to ensure ideas are actionable.
• Develop compelling visual presentations and storytelling frameworks to clearly communicate concepts.
• Stay ahead of emerging design trends in top-tier consumer app experiences.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional design experience, including internship experience, preferably in app-based consumer technology.
• A conceptual thinker who can structure and communicate creative ideas.
• Comfortable working alongside leadership to translate their ideas visually.
• Proficient in wireframing and UX/UI tools.
• Skilled in motion and interaction design.
• Experienced in digital product and app-based experiences.
• Highly creative but structured; able to turn abstract ideas into clear visual frameworks.
• A strong visual storyteller who can build compelling presentations.
• A hands-on designer who thrives in an individual contributor role.
• A portfolio of inspiring, industry-leading, creative work showcasing conceptual thinking and strong visual design skills, spanning digital product and campaigns.
