Overview

The Designer is responsible for producing quality communication vehicles by designing print and digital materials that exceed client expectations.

In Short

• Design in various visual styles for different clients and mediums.
• Create clean, engaging, and dynamic PowerPoint presentations.
• Produce print and digital pieces aligned with branding guidelines.
• Research and develop graphic designs for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Management.
• Assist in the design of established concepts.
• Present design tactics to the internal team.
• Attend Creative and Production meetings.
• Understand product categories and competitors.
• Focus on client objectives and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Understanding of color theory and visual communication principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities.
