In Short

• Collaborate with senior leadership and key decision-makers to design and refine business presentations and sales pitches.
• Create visually appealing and on-brand presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides.
• Work closely with the East Coast design team to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.
• Develop and maintain design templates and guidelines to streamline the creation of future materials.
• Ensure all designs meet deadlines and are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in media or entertainment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong ability to manage ambiguity.
• Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a remote team.
• Based in Los Angeles, willing to come into LA office 2-3 times a week.
