Overview

The Designer is responsible for producing quality communication vehicles by designing print and digital materials in a creative and cost-effective manner, while exceeding customer expectations.

In Short

• Design in various visual styles for different clients and mediums.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Produce print and digital materials that align with branding guidelines.
• Research and develop conceptual designs for projects.
• Consult with Creative Directors and Project Management for project specifications.
• Assist in bringing established concepts to life.
• Present tactics to the internal team.
• Archive completed projects appropriately.
• Understand product categories and competitors.
• Focus on details while understanding clients’ broader objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field with a portfolio.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Understanding of color theory and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS and Figma.
• Knowledge of infographic design and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
