Project Management Lead - Remote

Overview

The Project Management Lead works in conjunction with internal teams (and clients in some cases) to plan, move and track tasks, ensuring effective communication and support for client onboarding and compliance.

In Short

• Create, manage, and maintain tickets in project management software.
• Orchestrate day-to-day activities and track project reports.
• Prioritize and manage multiple jobs with attention to detail.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and team members understand actions required.
• Facilitate communication between departments and anticipate problems.
• Gain knowledge of products and client systems for accurate task execution.
• Troubleshoot client and internal issues.
• Organize and maintain client documentation.
• Conduct data analytics to identify key project metrics.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and administrative support.
• Accounts/Client Services experience preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Familiarity with digital/e-routing platforms like JIRA or MS Project.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
