Overview

The Project Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering initiatives within the Managed Services Program, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and execution reviews.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Provide clear project status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in a technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Microsoft Office.
• Some travel required (up to 25%).
