Overview

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Program Leader to drive the work of the Project Management team, focusing on developing and implementing best practices in project management.

In Short

• Lead the Project Management team to ensure high standards of project execution.
• Develop and implement frameworks and processes for efficient project management.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams to drive project success.
• Support the growth and scalability of Rowan through improved project practices.
• Provide coaching and accountability to the Project Management team.
• Conduct regular project audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage staffing of Project Managers for effective project execution.
• Document and evaluate project management practices regularly.
• Foster a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 25% for company gatherings or project sites.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to motivate and drive team performance.
• Experience in scaling project management functions.
• Strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in land use and environmental permitting is a plus.
