In Short

• Provide solutions architecture expertise for Rowan's data center projects.
• Support design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering consultants and internal teams.
• Conduct site assessments and support construction document preparation.
• Lead design consultant roundtables to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with sustainability practices for project ratings.
• Review contractor work for adherence to standards.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and company gatherings.
• Support the growth of the engineering team and establish standards.
• Engage with permitting agencies and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Accredited degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
• 7+ years in commercial or industrial A/S/MEP design projects.
• 5+ years overseeing architectural design and construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, NAVISWORKS.
• Knowledge of A/MEP design practices and sustainability guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with data center industry trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
