Overview

The Key Accounts Manager will manage and grow business revenue through acquiring new enterprise end-user accounts within your territory, focusing on the hospitality vertical.

In Short

  • Develop a strategy for assigned territory and execute against the plan to exceed annual sales objectives and quota targets.
  • Create account plans and strategies to win new business within assigned territory.
  • Partner and engage with appropriate channel partners for new end-user opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com CRM system to manage opportunities and account details.
  • Learn and develop knowledge of existing and new products/solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales prospecting and business development.
  • Experience selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to collaborate with others on project-oriented activities.
  • Strong understanding of commercial transactions and sales business.

Requirements

  • College or University Degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • Proven track record ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience successfully working out of a home-based office.
  • Openness to new ideas and approaches.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of a diverse work environment.
  • Ability to act independently and make decisions for optimal results.
