Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Manager will review, draft, negotiate, and track various legal agreements, ensuring alignment with study timelines and working closely with Clinical Operations study teams.

• Review and negotiate clinical trial agreements and site contracts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contracting standards.
• Update study team members on contract status.
• Manage site contract metrics and maintain contract files.
• Design and implement policies for timely contract execution.
• Identify and improve processes as needed.
• Handle additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in contract negotiation.
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of contracting plans for negotiations.
• Ability to meet study timelines effectively.
