Overview

The Associate Director of Compensation is responsible for the execution and administration of global job and compensation frameworks within the enterprise strategy set by Total Rewards leadership. This role involves partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness and compliance across all geographies.

In Short

  • Manage annual compensation cycle and market benchmarking.
  • Provide data analytics for incentive budgets.
  • Conduct market benchmarking analysis.
  • Evaluate job descriptions and provide feedback.
  • Participate in salary surveys and manage data integrity.
  • Produce HR metrics related to compensation.
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on compensation issues.
  • Lead HR and Total Reward projects.
  • Support US and Global compensation matters.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related major and 12+ years of global compensation experience.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in market pricing and salary structures.
  • Strong data analytics and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in project management and change leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
