Overview

We’re expanding our capabilities across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re hiring an Associate Compensation & Benefits Director to be responsible for the execution and administration of PMG’s international compensation and benefit plans and programs.

In Short

  • Manage regional compensation and benefits matters in support of the business and local/regional HR Business Partners.
  • Conduct market benchmarking analysis to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s jobs and pay programs.
  • Support annual compensation planning processes and international benefits management.
  • Oversee implementation of international benefits strategy.
  • Maintain inventory of all benefit plans and manage annual carrier/policy renewal process.
  • Provide data analytics for the maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets.
  • Lead the gender pay gap reporting process.
  • Partner with HRIS for ongoing data integrity checks.
  • Generates compensation metrics and provide analysis and recommendations.
  • Support US and Global compensation matters as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related major and 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience.
  • Experience working across different countries with an understanding of payroll and labor law differences.
  • Advanced proficiency with market pricing, survey methodology, and data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
  • Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors HRMS.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and ownership.
