Director, Project Management - Oncology - Remote

Overview

The Director of Project Management for Oncology will work cross-functionally to develop partnership strategies for clinical trials and provide oversight and strategic expertise in the planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical study projects.

• Direct and manage collaboration within a team of Project Directors and Project Managers.
• Provide leadership and oversight on clinical programs.
• Interact with study sponsors as the primary point of escalation.
• Optimize the profitability of the Project Management organization.
• Manage resource allocations to meet project goals.

• Provide technical support and guidance to project managers.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct evaluations and implement changes for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in clinical research and project management.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
