Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and operational agreements that support Watchmaker’s growth, including sales contracts, supplier and vendor agreements, licensing, research collaborations, and strategic partnerships.

• Compensation starts at $120,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or JD preferred
• 5+ years of contracts management experience
• Knowledge of U.S. and international laws
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
