Overview

The Contracts Manager is an exciting opportunity reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts to accomplish business goals and objectives.

In Short

• Analyze and review complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Review, prepare, and draft complex vendor and provider contracts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage contract administration.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Healthcare Administration required.
• Minimum two years of contract process experience required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Law degree (JD), or Healthcare Administration (MHA).
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in contract processes and business support.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
