Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Contracts Manager within the IQVIA US Contracting Center (USCC), you will review, draft and/or redline contracts within the U.S. business unit with a focus on IQVIAs commercial services (data, analysis services, consulting, technology).

In Short

• Draft and review legal and business terms under guidance.
• Manage high volume legal reviews of contracts.
• Develop knowledge of IQVIA US Business Line and services.
• Communicate concerns to USCC and business representatives.
• Identify solutions to address client concerns.
• Assist in the implementation of contracting efficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3-4 years of contract experience preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills required.
• Experience with contracts lifecycle management systems is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3-4 years drafting/reviewing contracts experience.
• Fluent English skill.
• Comfort with legal terminology.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is a plus.
