Overview

The Workforce Analytics Consultant at MultiCare is responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, scorecards, dashboards, and reports to assist the organization with decisions regarding human capital management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in an analytical role.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, forecasting, and modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar languages preferred.
• Experience in Workforce Planning and People Analytics preferred.
• One year of experience in Workday Adaptive.
• Internal candidates may be considered without meeting all qualifications.
