We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Contracts Manager to join our growing, distributed team at Coforma. This role serves as a key business partner for the Growth, Delivery, and Legal teams, requiring a background in digital technology and design services.

• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Prepare and negotiate various types of agreements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of federal contract management experience.
• Experience with various contract types and regulations.
• Familiarity with tools such as G Suite and JIRA.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Must be a full-time resident of the contiguous United States.
