Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Manager will review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements, ensuring alignment with defined study timelines while collaborating closely with the Clinical Operations study team.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements including confidentiality and clinical study agreements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and contracting standards.
• Update study team members on contract negotiation statuses.
• Track and manage site contract metrics.
• Maintain contract files and databases.
• Assist in designing policies for timely contract execution.
• Identify process improvements and take corrective actions.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of contracting plans and budget negotiations.
