Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will lead and scale a high-performing team, driving product strategy and commercial marketing efforts in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Masters with 15+ years in life sciences marketing.
• 5 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of NGS and molecular diagnostics.
• Track record of successful product launches.
• Experience in building marketing analytics and pricing functions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a growing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in high-performance cultures.
• Startup and larger company experience preferred.
