We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our legal team at Harvey, a company transforming how legal and professional services operate by utilizing frontier agentic AI and a robust platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of in-house or law firm experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
• Experience with Procurement, NDAs, SaaS, and IP licensing agreements.
• Familiarity with contracts management systems like Ironclad or Docusign.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• AI experience welcomed but not required.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative work style and a service-oriented attitude.
