Bumble is looking for a bold and visionary Senior Director of Language Design to lead and evolve our global content design function. In this executive leadership role, you’ll define the strategic voice of our product experiences—connecting words, interaction design, and brand storytelling to create experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and emotionally resonant.

Requirements

• 12+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy roles.
• 5+ years leading and scaling teams at a senior level.
• Experience in consumer tech, preferably mobile-first.
• Demonstrated success in leading content strategy for complex products.
• Deep mastery of content design systems and product voice.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and research methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience influencing at the executive level.
