Overview

As a Senior Content Designer at Angi®, you will shape how content supports user experience across digital and real-world touchpoints, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the customer journey.

In Short

• Write, design, test, and iterate content in user journeys.
• Collaborate with product designers, managers, researchers, analysts, and engineers.
• Develop scalable content frameworks across user journeys.
• Define and maintain content standards and governance models.
• Audit and analyze content ecosystems for optimization opportunities.
• Work with research teams to define user journeys and content requirements.
• Lead content workshops to align stakeholders.
• Continuously evolve the craft of content design within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Copywriting.
• Experience on a UX design team or within a product organization.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with Jira or similar product management software.
• Familiarity with content management systems like Contentful is a plus.
• Knowledge of A/B testing software like Split is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of user-centric design and accessibility best practices.
