Overview

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Angi, you will be the primary driver of our top-of-funnel talent strategy, ensuring a high volume of sales and customer care applicants are reviewed and organized to meet business needs.

In Short

• Review high volumes of applications and screen resumes.
• Efficiently move candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Search for candidates in the existing database.
• Organize outreach campaigns to keep the talent pipeline warm.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for organizing prospects.
• Ensure candidate data is clean and accurate.
• Handle candidate correspondence professionally.
• Partner with the recruiting team to identify bottlenecks.
• Participate in other necessary projects.

Requirements

• 1+ years in recruiting, HR, or high-volume admin roles.
• Experience managing candidates within an ATS.
• Ability to quickly review resumes and identify talent.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solutions-oriented mentality.
• Desire to support full-cycle recruiters.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
