Overview

As a Temporary Payroll Accountant at Angi®, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time, while supporting payroll operations during a critical period.

In Short

• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and record them in NetSuite.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline.
• Accurately reconcile and record payroll-related cash transactions.
• Prepare monthly payroll accrual and actual payroll expense load files.
• Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities.
• Reconcile monthly benefits billing statements to payroll records.
• Support year-end reconciliations and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance.
• Meticulous about accuracy and detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator for cross-functional requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
