International Payroll Lead - Remote

Overview

Angi is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking International Payroll Lead to lead payroll operations across five countries - Netherlands, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom and France.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the go-to contact for payroll inquiries.
• Maintain and improve payroll-related systems and processes.
• Prepare payroll reports for Accounting, Finance, and HR teams.
• Support audits and implement recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure data accuracy.
• Support the U.S. payroll team as needed.
• Work in a remote environment while aligning with team hours.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll implications of equity awards.
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
