International Payroll Associate - Remote

In Short

• Manage day-to-day communication and delivery of payrolls for clients.
• Deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing.
• Coordinate client requirements and manage payroll processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Understand country legislation and statutory processes.
• Contribute to company projects for process improvement.
• Resolve client escalations and issues.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate online document libraries for clients.
• Work with team leaders to implement new processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of International payroll experience.
• Experience in a payroll or business process environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Familiarity with data security practices.
• Client-facing experience is required.
• Fluency in languages such as German, French, Polish, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
