Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

iiPay is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Implementation Consultant to join our rapidly expanding business, focusing on developing international payrolls for our global client base.

In Short

• Work alongside project management to configure and deliver international payroll implementations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Liaise with third-party local payroll partners for support post-implementation.
• Organize and run kick-off meetings and create project plans.
• Manage project review calls and coordinate project streams.
• Define and set up client payroll processes and data needs.
• Work with local payroll partners for registration processes.
• Define payment and banking processes with clients and treasury teams.
• Configure systems for successful payroll processes.
• Transition payroll to operations team at go-live.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of implementation experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with payroll processes and systems.
• Ability to work with international clients.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
• Experience in a regulated service delivery environment.
