Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at Athennian, you will drive successful onboarding and adoption of the Athennian platform, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.

In Short

• Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive scope of work documentation.
• Proactively manage project scope, budget, and timeline changes.
• Lead onboarding training and best practice sessions.
• Identify change management opportunities to enhance user adoption.
• Develop detailed project plans addressing customer requirements.
• Oversee successful production deployment and go-live launches.
• Collaborate with Sales for smooth project delivery transitions.
• Work with Customer Success Managers for ongoing support.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience for new users.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or project management role.
• Proven track record in managing complex implementation projects.
