Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at Athennian, you will drive successful onboarding and adoption of our platform, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert while utilizing project management skills to navigate complex projects.

In Short

• Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive scope of work documentation.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, budget, or timeline.
• Lead onboarding training and best practice sessions.
• Identify change management opportunities to enhance user adoption.
• Facilitate technical requirement gathering sessions.
• Develop detailed project plans addressing customer requirements.
• Oversee successful production deployment and go-live launches.
• Work closely with Sales for smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for ongoing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation or project management role within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects.
• Natural relationship-builder with clients.
• Strategic and proactive in client interactions.
• Empathetic and customer-centric.
• Excellent communicator, simplifying complex issues.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
