Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the successful onboarding of customers and implementation of Funnel software products, applying product expertise, industry knowledge, best practices, and project management.

In Short

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new and existing customers.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Develop and follow implementation project plans.
• Manage third-party vendors involved in the implementation.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Funnel products.
• Document customer interactions and results clearly.
• Participate in the development of training assets.
• Maintain open communication regarding performance metrics.
• Contribute to company innovation initiatives.
• Travel required: <20%

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing consulting experience.
• Experience with SaaS software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management systems.
• Knowledge of the real estate/multifamily industry is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
