Overview

Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for an Customer Operations Manager that can ‘work from anywhere' in the U.S. The Customer Operations Manager will play a crucial role as a partner to our clients, guiding them through business transformation and ensuring their success in utilizing our software solutions.

In Short

  • Act as an advisor and point of contact to assigned clients
  • Prepare and lead customer meetings
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for customer requests
  • Develop knowledge in the property management industry
  • Manage and execute system administrative tasks
  • Facilitate customer business reviews
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to travel to customer sites (approx. 15% of the time)
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in technology and/or property management
  • Proven track record of driving transformative change
  • Understanding of enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in change management methodologies
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
