In Short

  • Design, launch, and manage strategic customer operations initiatives.
  • Ensure programs are measurable and scalable across global teams.
  • Optimize GTM tech stack to improve customer workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Analyze trends to inform leadership decisions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing on campaigns.
  • Act as an operational liaison between CS, Sales, and Product.
  • Champion consistency in customer data and engagement strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success Ops or related function.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional programs.
  • Expert-level experience with Salesforce and Looker.
  • Strong analytical skills; fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable operating in a remote and collaborative environment.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
