  • The Customer Success Director serves as a trusted advisor and customer advocate.
  • Help customers achieve success and maximize their return on investment.
  • Leverage strong customer management and business acumen.
  • Define, measure, and confirm realization of customer business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within customer organizations.
  • Execute customer success plans and drive customer adoption.
  • Monitor adoption rates and maintain alignment with business objectives.
  • Achieve customer renewal and growth targets.
  • Work independently and collaborate across functions.
  • Experience in enterprise procurement is highly desired.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of successfully carrying a quota.
  • Understanding of P2P solutions and processes.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience with Customer Success plan performance analysis.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to forecast, negotiate, and close contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
