The Customer Operations Manager will oversee and enhance the operational effectiveness of the company’s support, delivery, and account management functions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing customer operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience with CRM and project management software.
  • Strong understanding of customer support best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
