Overview

The Customer Operations Manager will support process optimization, reporting, and analysis of data to generate insights for the Customer Success team and company leadership.

In Short

  • Analyze Customer Success data, trends, and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Streamline and improve Customer Success processes.
  • Assist in creating accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Maintain and clean CRM data for accuracy.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to develop resources.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Support onboarding and training of new Customer Success Managers.
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Success and other departments.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience in Sales Operations or Customer Success Operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Expertise in forecasting techniques and models.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in training and development.
  • Experience in change management.
