Requirements

  • Degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within tech companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Zendesk administration.
  • Comfortable working with APIs.
  • Above-average data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong aptitude for optimization and automation.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
