The Ops Sup Manager is responsible for leading a team to provide operations support services, ensuring quality and efficiency in alignment with Citi's operational processes.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing a team.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and developing test plans.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Proven organization and time management skills.
• Experience with quality controls and Consumer Protection Regulations.
• Experience in a management position related to Operations function.
• Experience in Finance or Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
