In Short

• Manage the overall delivery success of SaaS-based Election Management solutions.
• Responsible for managing and leading associates to achieve business objectives.
• Act as primary contract manager ensuring compliance for all deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce project-related communication such as status reports and meeting notes.
• Support system integration testing and production implementation.
• Challenge the status quo and provide solutions to problems.
• Accountable for client engagement processes and customer satisfaction.
• Lead in project implementation processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• PMP® Certification with 5+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience managing software implementations for state government agencies.
• Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project.
• Ability to handle stress and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SaaS solutions.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% for client engagements.
• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
