Overview

The Controller is a vital member of the finance team, primarily responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations and ensuring timely and accurate month-end closings. This role is crucial in managing key financial functions such as payroll and accounts payable and acts as a primary contact during the annual audit process. The Controller ensures compliance with tax laws and regulations and assists in strategic financial planning and reporting to support the company's growth and financial health.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software, especially Sage Intacct ERP.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Integrity and transparency in handling confidential information.
