In Short

• Oversee the company’s full accounting operations.
• Serve as the primary interface for external audits.
• Develop and maintain repeatable accounting processes.
• Drive continuous process improvement.
• Provide timely financial reporting.
• Support budgeting & forecasting.
• Manage a small team and build the finance function.
• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Requirements

• ~10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes in a lean environment.
• Autonomous mindset.
• Good communicator and collaborator.
